How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our catalog, add the books you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping details and choose a payment method before confirming your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer. If you choose Direct Bank Transfer during checkout, you will receive our bank account details after completing your order. Once the transfer is confirmed, we will process and ship your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on location (West Malaysia or East Malaysia) and shipping method. Standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days as the products will be sent directly from Japan. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently only ship within Malaysia only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the book is in its original condition. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Kindly contact us on the refund process.
